Transaction/Funds Transfer, Shares Allocation or RST Issuance
This stage involves the actual funds transfer according to agreed terms, followed by the allocation of shares or issuance of Relevant Shareholder Tickets (RST) to formally recognize the financing.
Post-disbursement Formalities
